Open to the idea that the entire cosmos is made up of vibration, and every possible frequency is represented. We are consciousness, and we can move between all these different frequencies. Our perception of the world is a synthesis of the interpretation of vibration that our senses provide us with. This means that you are not seeing what you think you are seeing right now. What you actually see is an interpretation of the vibration of that which you focus on.
The result of this process of interpretation – that which is labeled 'the world' – is a highly individual and unique experience. It is therefore quite strange to believe the existence of a single static world. The world could just as well be endless possibilities of different combinations of vibration, being experienced in a unique way by each focal point of consciousness.
If you can accept the notion that you are consciousness, you can contemplate whether the consciousness that is perceiving is separated from what is being perceived. Since perception only ever takes place in the realm of consciousness, it will forever be impossible to know if there is anything outside of you.
There might not be a world.
But you are.
